Vato Loco rocks the classic Pachuco look—the *zoot suit* from days gone by. His style is pure *lowrider* from the 40s, a nod to the roots of the culture.      That’s right, my non-Chicano Homie friends—lowriding didn’t start just recently; it’s been around for decades. Back in the day, Homies were cruising in cities like Los Angeles, San Jose, and Stockton in California, El Paso and San Antonio in Texas, and even Española in New Mexico. That’s where the lowrider culture was born. And the ones who started it? They looked just like the Homie you see in front of you—El Vato Loco.
