Q-Ball is a blind pool hustler who dominates the Homies' Pool Hall. Despite being visually impaired, he’s practically unbeatable—except for Sharky, who cheats by subtly moving the balls. From time to time, Q-Ball has to defend himself against cocky Vatos who think they can take advantage of his blindness and win their money back. They quickly learn, however, that Q-Ball holds a sixth-degree black belt in Karate and knows how to handle himself in a fight. The real mystery, though, is how he manages to shoot pool so accurately despite being legally blind. Q-Ball claims he taps into his inner Chi, a technique taught to him by the master Home Lee, allowing him to sense the balls' location, position, and numbers purely through his heightened awareness.
