Bigg Hopper is the Sergeant at Arms of the *HomieHrollerz* car club and the mastermind behind some of the craziest competition hoppers in the game. He spends all his time at his brake shop, but instead of actually fixing and installing brakes like he’s supposed to, he’s in the back building and testing hoppers until they’re completely wrecked. His crew of grease monkey Homies is always hanging around, brainstorming new ways to make the cars hop higher and faster.      Despite his skills, there’s one person Bigg Hopper has never managed to beat—Smiley and his *Mad Hopper.* No one knows what Smiley has under the hood or inside his trunk, and he won’t let anyone take a look. At one point, Bigg Hopper thought about forcing the issue, but taking on Smiley means dealing with Loco, and that’s a fight nobody wants. So for now, Bigg Hopper has to settle for being the second-best hopper king in the neighborhood—but he’s always working on something new, hoping to change that.
