Meet El Mero-Mero. (The Boss Man!) He runs his department with precision and authority. In charge of the entire warehouse, El Mero-Mero is the one to call when there's a problem between employees—he’ll handle it. Forget about filing grievances—he’s the kind of boss who will fire someone on the spot if needed.     Rising through the ranks from a janitor, El Mero-Mero is proud of the position he’s earned. He expects the work area to be spotless, as clean as a place you’d eat off of. Safety on the job is also non-negotiable for him. Though he can be tough and demanding, he’s also given many of the Homies a fair chance at a decent-paying job in his company.     Just don’t take advantage of him. If you sleep on the job, take 20-minute bathroom breaks, clock in late, or call in sick every Monday, you’ll have to answer to El Mero-Mero.
