Lizard has one of the most inspiring redemption stories in Homies Series 6. After years of struggling with drug addiction, he found himself living behind the dumpsters at Wild Thangs Pet Shop, believing his life had reached its lowest point.
Everything changed when Mrs. Wild Thang, the owner of the pet shop, recognised something special in him. She discovered Lizard had an extraordinary connection with animals, communicating with them in a way that amazed everyone around him. Rather than turning him away, she offered him a place to stay and a fresh opportunity to rebuild his life.
Today, Lizard helps care for the animals at Wild Thangs, feeding them, cleaning their enclosures and making sure they receive the attention they need. His closest companion is Iguanaloco, the large pet iguana that proudly rides on his shoulder wherever he goes.
Lizard also visits local schools, introducing children to his animal friends while sharing his personal story about addiction, recovery and second chances. His message encourages young people to make positive choices and reminds them that it's never too late to change direction.
Collectors appreciate Lizard because he represents hope, compassion and personal growth. His unique relationship with animals and uplifting story make him one of the most memorable characters in the Homies collection.
