Jokachild is one half of JOKAJAMS, the respected Los Angeles DJ duo he formed with Jokawild. His skills were shaped during the golden era of mixing, scratching and competitive DJ battles, where performers had to prove themselves behind the decks to stay ahead of the scene.
He now brings that experience to the airwaves as a host on KHOMY Power Series 10. His regular shows include the Morning Mindblast, Noon-time Nasty Mix and evening Freestyle Freak Show, giving listeners a different mix throughout the day.
Payday has repeatedly tried to bring Jokachild into his record label, but structured studio work does not match his personality. Jokachild prefers freestyle performances, live mixing and the freedom to follow the music wherever it takes him.
Collectors appreciate Jokachild because he connects several important parts of the Homies music world. His partnership with Jokawild, radio career and dedication to old-school DJ culture make him a strong addition to a Series 5 or music-themed display.
Jokachild may be available in new or pre-owned condition, with original-bag options on selected listings. Review the chosen option before ordering.
