Pelon gets his name from his bald head (Pelon means "bald" in Spanish). He’s always rocking dark shades, no matter the time or place. A true hustler, Pelon is constantly selling stolen goods, from cell phones to microwave ovens, which he keeps stashed in the back of his lowered '41 Chevy panel sedan. If you need something, Pelon’s got you covered. He has a thing for wild, hardcore-looking cholas (Homie girls) and is always on the lookout for new ladies, though he has terrible luck keeping relationships. Pelon is Smiley’s closest Homey. He’s usually dressed in black or charcoal grey, complete with gloves and suspenders, and always looking crisp and sharp. Of all the Homies, Pelon embodies the most classic cholo look. He openly has a crush on Gata, but she constantly brushes him off, just like she does with all the guys.
