Payday is the big-money shot caller behind Payday Records, a major player in the hip-hop scene. He’s always cruising through the hood, scouting fresh Latino hip-hop talent from the Barrio. Convinced that the next big wave in hip-hop will be Latino artists, he’s eager to sign the Homie Rappers. The only problem is that all the Homies are already signed to Homie Records and aren’t interested in switching labels. Payday is a high roller, constantly flaunting his cash and sharing it around. He drives a custom Hummer, chauffeured by Big Dawg, his personal security. His right-hand man is B-Boy, who also works as an agent for Payday Records.
