Mr. Horsepower is the woodpecker mascot associated with Clay Smith Cams, and this design gives the 83 Chevy Silverado a performance-shop identity. The oversized red head and yellow beak stretch through the side treatment, combining cartoon attitude with checkered racing imagery. It is a strong direction for a street truck that should look at home beside engine-building and garage-themed customs.
The black finish shown in the preview gives the mascot a firm backdrop. Red-and-white strokes carry the same sense of speed into the surrounding artwork, while the rough checkerboard adds texture without introducing another main color. The bird remains the subject even with the sharper racing accents around it, so the truck has a clear identity from the side.
Mr.Horsepower 03 is listed as a 1:64 waterslide decal design for the 83 Chevy Silverado. The long cab-and-bed outline suits this extended graphic treatment, with the bold mascot supplying the character and the checkered details supporting the performance theme.
