The Hot Wheels '74 English Leather Plymouth Duster is part of the Hot Wheels Dragstrip Demons series released in 2009. Listed as Series #19/30 and Toy #N8976, this 1:64 scale collectible features a red and white racing finish inspired by the English Leather drag-racing theme.
The model combines the compact proportions of the Plymouth Duster with an aggressive drag-racing stance and detailed period-style graphics. Its red and white decoration gives the model a distinctive competition appearance and reflects the highly modified American cars associated with classic drag racing.
The Plymouth Duster was introduced for the 1970 model year and became one of Plymouth's best-known compact performance models of the muscle-car era. Its relatively lightweight body and available performance engines also made the Duster an appealing platform for drag-racing modifications.
