The Hot Wheels Gary Densham's "Teachers Pet" Challenger is part of the Hot Wheels Dragstrip Demons series released in 2009. Listed as Series #09/30 and Toy #N8978, this 1:64 scale collectible features a yellow body with bold period-style racing graphics inspired by Gary Densham's drag-racing Challenger.
The model recreates the distinctive appearance of a competition-prepared American muscle car, with its prominent racing decoration and drag-focused stance. The bright yellow finish and detailed livery give this Challenger a strong period drag-racing character for collectors of Hot Wheels motorsport models.
The Dodge Challenger became one of the defining American muscle cars of the early 1970s. Drag-racing versions transformed the production-based platform into specialised competition machines, combining high-output engines with modified suspension, weight reduction and dedicated racing equipment.
