The model gives the Chevrolet Monza a specialised Funny Car treatment, with an elongated competition body and a strong drag-racing stance. The green finish and Tiki Warrior theme create a distinctive motorsport character, reflecting the colourful and highly decorated drag cars represented throughout the Dragstrip Demons series.
The Chevrolet Monza was introduced in the 1970s as a sporty compact model and was also associated with performance and motorsport applications. The 1976 Monza represented the model during its first-generation production run, while Funny Car adaptations brought its styling into specialised drag-racing competition.
