This guy knows everything about fixing up old lowrider cars. He runs the local car junkyard, and hangs out all day there drinking beer with Lurch and talking about cars. A "Bomba" is Spanish slang for an old car. He even looks like an old car. He is invaluable to the Homies who all drive old cars, but he has a shitty, smart-ass personality because he knows he is the only guy who can get the parts they need.
