Homie Idol brings live performance and neighbourhood music to Homies Series 12. Holding a microphone close to his mouth, he is captured mid-song with one arm extended towards the audience.
His long dark coat, loose shorts, high socks and cap create a distinctive stage look. Homie Idol grew up surrounded by oldies, rancheras, corridos and mariachi music, giving his singing style strong roots in the sounds of Barrio Quien Sabe.
The microphone and expressive pose give the figure strong display appeal for collectors building a music or entertainment-themed Homies collection. He pairs naturally with Don Julio, Da Foo, the mariachi brothers and other performers.
