We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your diecast model(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Collectible and limited-edition items must be returned in mint condition. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If you need a different model, size, or edition, the fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
If your order is shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason required. The item must remain unused, sealed, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
